A 17th-story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,446+/- square foot condo in the W Boston Residences has sold for $860,000, according to the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds.
This is the 20th closing in the 122-unit building.

A 27th-story, two-bedroom, two ½-bathroom, 1,794+/- square foot condo in the W Boston Residences has sold for $2.250,000, according to the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds.
This is the 19th closing in the 122-unit building.
Third W Hotel & Residences facing financial trouble
In a sign of the times, a third W Hotel & Residences is in trouble.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle is reporting that the W Atlanta-Downtown condo and hotel mixed-use development is facing foreclosure. The W Boston Hotel & Residences filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April 2010 but the hotel remains open and sales have continued of the 122-unit condominiums, located above.
One bedroom condo in W Hotel and Residences has sold for $750,000
Two sales in a week at the W Hotel and Residences in Boston may be the beginning of a trend.
A 22nd-story, one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,103+/- square foot condo sold for $750,000, according to the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds.
This is the 18th closing in the 122-unit building. Earlier this week, a penthouse level unit was sold for in excess of $3.5 million.
Penthouse at W Hotel & Residences sells for $4-million+
Showing new life, the W Hotel & Residences has sold one of its five penthouse units, according to the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds.
The condominium is a 2,631 square foot home and sold for $3,537,000.
W Hotel & Residences hits 24% sales mark
According to comments attributed to the W Hotel & Residences sales and marketing team, the 123-unit project is now 24 percent sold, with 30 units closed, under agreement, or reserved, at this time.
Meanwhile, the project is announcing that local groups can reserve the model units as a locale for events.
W Hotel has third closing this week, now 11 percent sold out
Another condominium sale in the W Boston Hotel and Residences was recorded at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, today, the third this week. It was a 19th-floor studio with one-bathroom, closing for $655,000.
The building is now 11 percent sold out.
W Hotel & Residences records 14th closing, third this week
Another condominium sale in the W Boston Hotel and Residences was recorded at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, today, the fourteenth in the newly-constructed building.
It was a 18th-floor studio with one-bathroom, closing for $600,000.
