John Keith New housing to rise on Rose Kennedy Greenway parcel
December 2nd, 2009 John Keith State approval is expected today for a 78-unit apartment complex at the corners of Blackstone and North streets, overlooking the Rose Kennedy Parkway. The building will rise 5-stories over 29,400 feet of space, and street-level will include space for a farmer’s market.
The Clarendon has condos for sale. Also, for rent.
December 1st, 2009 John Keith Although closings have not yet occurred, one enterprising owner in the new Clarendon condominium project has already listed a unit for rent.
The 765+/- square foot, one-bedroom condo can be had for $3,800 per month. Parking is available for rent, as well.
