John Keith The owners of the Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village apartment complex in New York City have decided to turn over the massive property to its creditors.
What will this mean to other, similar complexes? Private developers want to buy these properties because of the appeal of getting good returns on investment but they’re doing everything all wrong.
