45 Province has first closing in months, now 12 percent sold

Showing renewed strength, a closing was recorded last week at the recently-completed 45 Province luxury condominium project, in the Downtown Crossing neighborhood of Boston.

An eleventh-floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 691+/- square foot condo sold on April 28 for $419,040.

Twenty-third closing at The Clarendon Back Bay, $2,250,000

The closing on purchase of a home in The Clarendon condominium project in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston was recorded today at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds.

This was a 21st-floor three-bedroom three and ½-bath condo with approximately 1,967 square feet of space. It was the 23rd closing in the 103-unit building.

New closing at W Boston Residences brings total to eleven

Another condominium sale in the W Boston Hotel and Residences was recorded at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, today, the eleventh in the newly-constructed building.
