Harold Brown, “controversial” Boston real estate baron, is back making deals. One of his latest: the purchase of the Dexter Park apartments in Brookline. The Wall Street Journal reports the deal will be lucrative, the benefit of low-cost lending (courtesy of the US government) and the still-strong Boston rental market.
