A new closing has been recorded in Boston’s luxury 45 Province condominium project, located in Downtown Crossing, at the foot of Beacon Hill.
This was a 23rd-floor home, selling for $2.3 million.

A new closing was recorded at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, earlier today. This was a twelfth floor, 2-bed, 2-bath home with approximately 1,291 square feet of space. With a closing price of $878,000, this was approximately at $680 per square foot.

There was a sale at 45 Province recorded earlier today at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds.
This was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the 18th floor.

The second sale in two days in the 45 Province luxury condo project at the foot of Beacon Hill was a million-dollar+ purchase.
This was a 7th-floor, ~1,569-square foot duplex condo with two-bedrooms and two and ½ baths.

The year’s third sale in the new 45 Province condo building has been recorded at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds. The 7th-floor unit has approximately 1,151 square feet of space, one bedroom, and one-½ baths. It sold for $805,000 or ~$699.39 per square foot. It did not include a parking space.
