Three closings have taken place during the past several days in the luxury 45 Province condominium project, located at the foot of Beacon Hill in the Downtown Crossing shopping district of Boston.

An 11th-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with approximately 1,318 square feet of space closed for $868,000, or $658.57 per square foot.

Another 11th-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, home, this with approximately 1,291 square feet of space also closed, also for $868,000, or $672.35 per square foot.

Finally, a 6th-floor, with approximately 1,611 square feet of space closed for $1,100,000.00, or $682.81 per square foot.

These were the 38th, 39th, and 40th closings in the 137-unit building.

A wide selection of homes remain available, including one-beds, two-beds, and larger. Homes on the lower levels are in the $650-$800 per square foot range, while higher floors and penthouses can reach $1,000-$1,100 per square foot.
