The Clarendon is the luxury high-rise located just off Copley Square in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. The building has been a glowing success, with sales of almost all the units having closed.
Of the ones remaining for sale, the two penthouses are among the most-coveted in the building, and in the city of Boston as a whole.
The Clarendon’s sales team has employed CBT Architects to furnish and design one of those two penthouses, photos below.
Photo 1: Two of the most breathtaking areas of the penthouse at The Clarendon, the living and dining areas, are surrounded by wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows revealing panoramic 360-degree views of the entire City of Boston. The living room furniture is European B&B Italia and Matteograssi, and covered in soft colored luxurious fabrics. Both the dining and living areas are decked in handmade rugs and the contemporary chandelier seen floating above the dining room table is by Lindsey Adelman.
