Thoughts: It was a very busy real estate market in Boston, this spring. Inventory was tight, sales volume was higher, prices were higher. I think the spring market is now bleeding into the summer, with a bit of inventory coming on the market while activity remains slightly above normal. Buyers still don’t have much from which to choose.
