February Boston condo sales volume up by double digits, prices up too

The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman, has released its February 2012 single-family and condominium sales report for all cities and towns in Massachusetts. Overall, the real estate market is showing a marked improvement over previous years, with prices at levels not seen in years (lower) and sales volume going up.
