A new closing has been recorded in the luxury 45 Province condominium project, located in Boston’s Downtown Crossing / Ladder District neighborhood, at the foot of Beacon Hill.
This was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with ~1,615 square feet of space. The closing price was $1.1 million.
