Boston-area condo prices flat in latest Case-Shiller index

Standard & Poor’s / Case-Shiller released its latest real estate index report earlier today. Locally, the Greater Boston condominium market prices fell slightly.

Area condo prices were down about half a point between October and November 2012. Prices were up about 4% from September 2011.

Greater Boston condo prices reached their highest point since the turn of the century in October 2005 and at their lowest, after that, in March 2011. They’ve increased since then.
