The 8th buyer purchased a two-bedroom, two and 1/2-bathroom, 1,561+/- square foot home on the 18th floor. The purchase price was $1,705,000 or approximately $1,092 per square foot.

The purchase price included a parking space, according to the unit deed.

Closings on the higher floors will continue as final work is completed on the common areas.
