Another condominium sale in the W Hotel and Residences was recorded at the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds, today.

An 18th-floor, 512-square foot studio condo sold for $370,000, or $722 per square foot.

To date, three one-bedroom, one and 1/2 bath units and three studios have sold. Thirteen other units are showing as ‘under agreement’ in the local multiple listing service but this list is thought to be incomplete.
